These Terms of Service govern your use of Princeton Marketplace (the "Site"), operated by BEO Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and pricing

We try to display product descriptions, photos, and prices accurately, but errors and omissions can happen. We reserve the right to correct any error and to update or modify any information without notice. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or for orders that violate these Terms.

Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify and is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping rules are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Returns

Return rules are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of BEO Media, LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law; to upload viruses or malicious code; to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site; or to interfere with the Site's normal operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEO Media, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or any products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
