Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5 to 7 business days from when your order ships. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Free standard US shipping on orders of $49 or more. See our Shipping Policy for details.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. No restocking fees. Custom and opened items are not returnable. Full details in our Refund Policy.

How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, email support@princetonmarketplace.com.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are open to it. Email support@princetonmarketplace.com with "Wholesale" in the subject and tell us about your business.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, yes. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it but you can return it under our standard return policy.

Do you have gift cards?

Are your products beginner-friendly?

Many are. Look for the "beginner" tag in collections, or filter by skill level on category pages.
