Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Princeton Marketplace. We want you to be happy with what you receive. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

30-day window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After that window, we are not able to process refunds.

What can be returned

  • Items in their original, unused condition
  • Items in their original packaging where applicable
  • Items with all tags, instructions, and included pieces

What cannot be returned

  • Items that have been used, opened, or assembled (craft kits in particular)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items damaged due to handling after delivery

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at support@princetonmarketplace.com. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Return shipping

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked carrier so you have proof of return.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

How to start a return

Email support@princetonmarketplace.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send return instructions.
