Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only at this time.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more (after any discounts, before tax)
  • Flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $49
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional fee

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5 to 7 business days from when the order ships. Expedited shipping typically arrives in 2 to 3 business days. These are estimates from carriers and not guarantees.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact support@princetonmarketplace.com.

Where we ship

We ship to the continental US and Washington DC addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not able to redirect a shipment after it has left our warehouse, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the shipping notification or arrives damaged, contact support@princetonmarketplace.com. We will work with the carrier and either replace the order or issue a refund.
